Call for abstracts
16th Dutch North Sea Emergency Medicine Conference 2025

We are pleased to invite scientific submissions for the Dutch North Sea Emergency Medicine Conference, scheduled to take place on May 21st, 22nd, and 23rd, 2025. A key objective of the conference is to foster the exchange of knowledge and promote the dissemination of the latest advancements in emergency medicine and related fields of healthcare.
We encourage the submission of high-quality, original research for consideration as oral presentations or poster displays. Please note that case reports are not eligible for submission. Each author may submit a maximum of three abstracts, of which only one may be selected for an oral presentation.

The decisions regarding acceptance and format (oral or poster presentation) are final. An award will be given to the best oral presentation.

Abstracts may be used anonymously and confidential for educational purposes during the scientific courses.

Abstract submission is open online until March 10, 2025 (23:59 CET)

Authors will be notified of the abstract selection results no later than the first week of May 2025 about the outcome (accepted or rejected).
